Adrenochrome is an oxidation product of adrenaline (epinephrine, norepinephrine) that is extracted from a living human donor's adrenal gland. According to those familiar with the elite's drug of choice, the high is intense and exotic and is said to lengthen one's life and make them look much younger than their age. Adrenochrome cannot be manufactured (there are those who say it can be manufactured, but if you read those studies carefully, it is not the same and does not have the same powerful "benefits"). It can only be extracted from a human being. The older the human, the less potent, hence the reason for child trafficking. Babies produce the highest potency, which may be why abortion is pushed so much. Adrenochrome can be extracted from the aborted fetuses. If a human is safe, happy, and content, their adrenal gland does not produce adrenochrome. The child or baby must first be brought to a terror state (usually by rape, torture or abortion), and then at the precise moment, the adrenochrome is extracted from the adrenal gland, killing the child. It has been reported that the satanic ritual of extracting adrenochrome includes wearing red shoes made from the skin of children who have been previously sacrificed. In this satanic ritual, the child is murdered and the adrenal gland is removed and eaten. 
Adrenochrome has been so prevalent in history, that paintings and sculptures depict the practice.
