Fifth Generation Warfare
The battlefield is in the hearts and minds of the people. 
Through these techniques, people can be steered this way or that. 
The Cabal has been doing psy-ops on the human race for centuries. Most of the actions that have led to war, were False Flag events. Staged Events, for the sole purpose of bringing about war. In order to defeat the Cabal, their tactics need to be used against them. 
A theory going around, is that the White Hat Patriots who are battling the Cabal on our behalf, are using staged events to swing public opinion, in an effort to defeat the Cabal's staged events. Democrats and Republicans (Pitchfork vs Torch people) will fight each other. And that is exactly how 5G warfare is conducted. It's a distraction from the real truth. Consider a foreign entity, who wishes to destroy America. How can they do it? Could they come at America with traditional war? Tanks, Planes, Bombs? The U.S. Military is the most powerful force on earth. That foreign entity would lose, and they know it. Instead, the only way America could be defeated, is infiltration from within.
